The prospectus and annual reports, together with the track records of the sub-funds are available from RSI Securities S.A. or from the website www.siriusfund.lu   History RSI Securities S.A. was founded in 1986 with the aim to provide Swiss financial institutions with an advisory and dealing service on the Asian and UK stock markets. The correspondents in this activity were agency brokers which included Tachibana Securities Ltd. Tokyo and Smith New Court Plc. In 1995 RSI Securities S.A. acting with Bank von Ernst Ltd, Bern (now RBS Coutts Bank Ltd) as co-promoter launched a Luxembourg SICAV called SIRIUS FUND. Following a substantial increase in the assets under management in this umbrella fund, RSI Securities S.A. decided to concentrate on the fund distribution and cease its brokerage activity at the end of January 2004. On June 27 2008, RSI Securities S.A. merged with RSI Asset Management and absorbed all the assets and liabilities of RSI Asset Management S.A. as per 1st January 2008.
